Review: The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey

On this Flash Review, the boys take on Peter Jackson’s latest offering, yet another big screen adaptation of a work from the great J. R. R. Tolkien. What is perhaps the thinnest book ever written by a renowned English author, whilst high, is being stretched by Jackson to fill three 3-hour-length movies, and we review of the first of them. Plot:¬†A younger and more reluctant Hobbit, Bilbo Baggins, sets out on a “unexpected journey” to the Lonely Mountain with a spirited group of Dwarves to reclaim a their stolen mountain home from a dragon named Smaug.
